As a child, I couldn’t figure out what Clowns were about.
They were always trying to engage me in activities that even as a child I thought was stupid. I knew their flowers would squirt water. How many times can you play that trick on a child before it turns against you?
I just don’t get clowns.
I am not alone in my fear of Clowns.
But San Miguel has updated the clown so that it is less frightening.
Sally, the Rich Clown of San Miguel has taken on a mission to make children love Clowns. She doesn’t wear a red nose nor oversized shoes.
She has candies and recipes for people.
She comes out to all the San Miguel Fiestas and tries to undo all the harm clowns have done to children in the past
